● Mapped HR processes in line with local labor legislation and practices 

● Developed HR control tool to assist local staff to increase productivity and improve compliance 

● Trained local HR staff in all processes and tools

RESULTS

● Client had first forecast of required employment per technical segment 

● Partnership with technical school to deliver 300 technicians in all fields every year 

● Increase in HR efficiency in administrative tasks by 300% using same number of staff
